Copyright Ownership
Upon acceptance and publication of an article in the IITM Journal of Information Technology, the author(s) transfer the copyright of the manuscript to the publisher. This transfer grants the publisher the exclusive rights to publish, reproduce, distribute, assign DOI, archive, and index the article in electronic, print, and other media formats.
Publisher Rights
The publisher holds the full copyright of all published articles and retains the authority to:
- Publish and distribute the article in print and electronic formats
- Archive and preserve the article in databases and repositories
- Assign Digital Object Identifiers (DOI) and index the article in recognized indexing services
- Grant permissions for reproduction, distribution, or reuse by third parties
Author Rights
Not withstanding the copyright transfer, the author(s) retain the right to:

- Share the article with students and colleagues for non-commercial use
- Include the article in theses, dissertations, books, or academic compilations

All such uses must acknowledge the original publication in the IITM Journal of Information Technology.
